Our Process

Five steps.
Zero friction.

Buying media should be the simple part. Here's exactly how we run a campaign from first call to final report — what we need from you, what you get back, and roughly how long it takes.

Typical timeline
Brief
Day 1

Day 3

Day 7

Day 14

Post-flight

Most campaigns go from signed brief to live in about two weeks. Faster when inventory and creative are ready — longer for complex multi-market buys.

01
Day 1 — 2

Tell us your audience

Start with a brief, a budget, a goal — or just a problem. We dig into who you're trying to reach, where they spend their attention, and what success actually looks like for the business.

What we need from you
  • Audience, budget range, timing window
  • Past campaigns or data, if you have them
  • What 'success' looks like to you
What you get back
  • A 30–45 min discovery call
  • Written recap of the brief
  • Honest read on fit before anyone signs anything
02
Day 3 — 7

We build the media plan

Senior buyers design the channel mix and flighting against your audience and budget. No template plans, no inflated reach numbers — just the campaign that makes sense for your goal.

What we need from you
  • Sign-off on the brief
  • Brand guidelines or creative assets in motion
What you get back
  • Channel mix with rationale
  • Flighting calendar + reach/frequency model
  • Budget allocation, line by line
03
Day 7 — 14

We negotiate the placements

We go direct to media owners and use our relationships, market knowledge and timing to lock in the inventory you want at the rate it should actually cost.

What we need from you
  • Approval on plan + budget
  • Final creative specs (we'll send the list)
What you get back
  • Locked rates and placements
  • Added value, bonus weight, premium positions where we can get them
  • A finalised buy summary
04
Launch week

Campaign launches

Creative gets produced or adapted, trafficking gets handled, and the campaign goes live across every channel — managed end-to-end so you're not chasing five different vendors.

What we need from you
  • Final creative approval
  • Tracking access if we're measuring digital
What you get back
  • Trafficked, QA'd creative across every channel
  • Live-date confirmation per placement
  • One point of contact for the whole flight
05
Mid-flight + post-campaign

You get real reporting

Impressions, reach, CPM, performance breakdowns and proof-of-play — clearly. We share what worked, what didn't, and exactly what we'd change for the next flight.

What we need from you
  • 30 min for the wrap call
What you get back
  • Mid-flight optimisation notes
  • Post-campaign report with proof-of-play
  • Plain-English recommendations for next time
FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

If yours isn't here, just ask. We'd rather have the conversation than have you guess.

How fast can you turn a campaign around?+

Standard timeline is roughly two weeks from signed brief to live, depending on channel and creative readiness. We've turned rush flights around in under a week when the inventory and creative co-operate — just tell us the date you need to be live.

Is there a minimum budget?+

No fixed minimum. We've run campaigns from $25K up to multi-million dollar national flights. What we care about is whether the budget can actually move the needle on the goal — if it can't, we'll tell you on the first call.

How do you charge?+

Transparent commission on media, or a flat fee on project work — whichever makes more sense for the engagement. You see the rate card, the markups, and where every dollar lands. No hidden margins.

Do you handle creative too?+

We don't build creative from scratch, but we adapt, traffic and QA every asset across every channel. If you need creative built, we'll plug in a partner we trust and manage them alongside the buy.

What if something goes wrong mid-flight?+

You call one number — ours. We deal with the vendor, the make-good, the re-traffic. You don't get bounced between strategists, planners and account managers chasing a fix.

Accountability

One team. One contact. One number to call.

You don't get bounced between strategists, planners, buyers and account managers. You get MUM.
